Once you have scheduled and paid for your experience, you will receive a text message with the confirmation of the same but Vouchers are strictly sent on your email id mentioned in the booking.
Also some of our suppliers require printed copy of the vouchers for barcode scanning and records.
Sometimes, you may face a failed payment due to slow internet connections or slow transitions at our payment gateways.
If your payment has been deducted but your experience has NOT been booked with a confirmation, please call us immediately and we shall proceed with either sending you a confirmation or a refund.
Alternatively, you may try booking again, if the payment has not been deducted.
